Empecé a fotografiar desnudos llevado por la curiosidad y necesidad de estudiar el
cuerpo, aprender de él y liberarme a la vez de prejuicios y tabúes, entonces también se
convirtió en un ejercicio de liberación, tal vez como hacían algunos fotógrafos a
mediados del siglo pasado con un sentido de revolución sexual, en este caso creo que
era mi propia revolución.
I began photographing nudes driven by curiosity and the need to study the body, to learn from it and at the same time free myself from prejudices and taboos. It also became an exercise in liberation, perhaps similar to what some photographers did in the mid-twentieth century with a sense of sexual revolution. In this case, I believe it was my own personal revolution.
